Clients agree to:
All fees for services will be outlined in the proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Delayed payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
We treat all client data, business information, and communication with the highest level of confidentiality. Any data shared with us will be used solely for the purpose of providing agreed-upon services and will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.
All content created by Bellkahn for client use, including designs, documents, reports, and software, remains the intellectual property of the client once full payment has been received. Bellkahn retains the right to showcase non-sensitive, anonymized work for portfolio purposes.
Bellkahn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, all pending payments become immediately due. Bellkahn may also terminate services immediately in the event of misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.
